Forgot password

If you forgot your password, you can set a new one using your email address.

Requirements

• You can access the email address on your account.

Step by Step

1. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?.
2. Enter your email address and tap Send Reset Link.
3. Open the link in your email inbox.
4. Enter a new password under New password and confirm it under Confirm password.
5. Tap Update password.
6. After confirmation, tap Go to dashboard.

Tip: Choose a secure password with at least eight characters that you have not used before.
