Roles and permissions

Business Butler uses three roles. They control which data a user can see and edit.

Requirements

• None. This article explains the roles.

Step by Step

1. Owner: Can create and delete locations, manage subscriptions, and view and edit all data for a location.
2. Leader: Can manage tasks, areas, employees, entries, and reports for a location.
3. Employee: Can complete assigned tasks and view tasks visible for their areas.

Check your role

1. Sign in and open the menu.
2. Select Employees.
3. Find your name in the list. The Role column shows your current role.
